Domi 12x24 steel, gray: common questions
Is the Domi 12x24 steel, gray any good?
With 7.1 out of 10, the Domi 12x24 steel, gray ranks 6 of 38 in our comparison. Strengths: Largest shade area in our list, Four zones let you open just the part you want. Weakness: No wind rating in mph on a very long roof. Best for: A pool deck or a long patio along the whole back of the house.
How big is the Domi 12x24 steel, gray?
It measures 12 x 24 ft, which gives you 288 sq ft of shade. It stands 91.6 inches (7.6 ft) tall.
Does the Domi 12x24 steel, gray need to be anchored?
Yes. A louvered roof catches wind like a sail when the louvers are closed. Bolt the posts to a concrete patio or footings with the anchors the maker supplies. Wind ratings assume it is anchored that way.
Can the Domi 12x24 steel, gray handle wind and snow?
The maker publishes no wind rating for this model. We found no snow rating, so open the louvers or clear heavy snow by hand.
What warranty comes with the Domi 12x24 steel, gray?
5 years from the maker. Warranties often cover the frame but not the paint or the moving parts, so read the terms.
How much does the Domi 12x24 steel, gray cost?
The last price we saw was $2,227, about $7.73 per square foot. Prices move often and most louvered pergolas ship free, but check the delivery terms on a box this heavy.
